As previously published, Wennstrom Solutions & Service AB and Wennstrom Flow Control AB will merge during the first half of 2026. Work on the merger is in full swing, in a first step, management and administration will be coordinated.
Ingvar Grundborg, who has served as CEO of Flow Control since the fall of 2023, handed over the baton to Johan Laurin, current CEO of Wennstrom Solution & Service AB, at the end of the month. Johan thus takes over responsibility for the operations of both companies.
Flow Control AB is incorporated as a separate business area in Solutions Service AB, production in Kungsör is moved to Malmö.
