Throughout the month of March, we have had record sales of our innovative FlowCheck system. We have delivered a total of 25 systems to our customers. What is FlowCheck?
FlowCheck is a patented electronic gas separator that continuously monitors the presence of gas in deliveries of petroleum products from tanker trucks using volumetric meters. When gas is detected, the delivery is stopped immediately and gas separation starts automatically via a pneumatically controlled degassing unit.
Why FlowCheck?
- Fast and accurate deliveries: FlowCheck is approved according to MID and OIML R117 standards, ensuring that deliveries are made with maintained measurement precision – even at higher flow rates.
- No product contamination: FlowCheck leaves no residue after delivery, minimizing the risk of contamination.
- Flexibility: FlowCheck can be installed alongside traditional PD meters or turbine meters, and can be integrated with electrical metering systems for features such as presetting and locking.
- Environmentally friendly: FlowCheck can be installed as a closed system, making it an environmentally friendly option for handling petroleum products.
