Wennstrom Flow Control AB will merge with sister company Wennstrom Solutions & Service AB in the second quarter of 2026.
Current operations will form a new business area that will retain the name Wennstrom Flow Control.
Production in Kungsör will be moved entirely to the workshop in Malmö.
In parallel with this, the company is looking for a new business area manager for Flow Control.
